A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

Simply put, therapy is a place for self reflection and healing. A therapist is a mirror to reflect upon in order to gain a better understanding of one's self. Therapy is different from talking with a friend or loved one because it comes without the bias those closest to us bring to the table, as well intentioned as they may be. A therapist is an objective human for you to process with who brings knowledge and resources to use on your journey to self discovery. The most important piece to the therapy puzzle is whether or not you like and connect with your therapist.
